  • Vinification: Bottled in the producing region. Traditional wine-making in cement tanks with stainless steel lining. Long process lasting 2 to 3 weeks. Tank maturing with racking every three months.

    - Colour: Deep ruby red.
    - Nose: Fruity (cherries) with notes of liquorice and menthol.
    - Palate: Fleshy and harmonious wine.
